Program Director, Utilization Review
DescriptionSummary:The Program Director of Utilization Review reports to the System Director, Care Management and, in partnership with CHRISTUS Health leaders, is responsible for the delivery of strategies focused on improving utilization management operations across the health system. The incumbent will do so by evaluating, planning, and implementing tactics focused on successful utilization review functionality. He or she will be responsible for establishing working relationships with internal and external partners to effectively lead performance of utilization review functions. Tracking of process and outcomes metrics will be imperative to this work with anticipated improvements in quality, cost efficiency, and patient care.Assi
