Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ only academic center and tertiary care provider and home to Baystate Medical Center, is seeking an experienced Neonatal Advanced Practitioner to join our organization. Position Highlights Join our team of 10 NICU NNPs and PAs and 7 neonatologists in the region’s only Level III NICU at Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield MA. Top-notch evidence-based care is our highest priority as we manage the daily care of high-risk infants in both our NICU and Continuing Care Nursery. Our APPs attend deliveries and participate in patient transports.  We utilize advanced modes of respiratory support including bubble CPAP, NIMV, CMV, HFOV, HFJV, and inhaled nitric oxide. Our care team includes respirat
