The Nurse (RN) Case Manager assigned to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Veterans Administration Supported Housing (VASH) Program executes position responsibilities with clinical expertise, experience, and creative approaches to the assessment, treatment planning, and management of the complex medical, mental health and social needs of homeless Veterans.
