Overview AHM Clinical, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to work 8:30am-5pm.Responsibilities To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Include, but are not limited to:* Complete client care assignments as prescribed by ordering physician.* Participate in the coordination of client discharge process.* Attend and participate in company meeting and in-s
