Job SummaryFull Time Day; REQUIRES: Bachelors Degree; **This position is fully funded through a grant that is scheduled to end on 08/01/2027. Employment is contingent upon continued funding, and the role will conclude when the grant period ends.Job DutiesThe Caseworker works in collaboration with the team and assists in the coordination of care for mental health, behavioral and social needs.
