SummaryThe Caregivers Support Community Mental Health Social Worker is assigned to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center and provides services to Veteran and their Caregivers with the Caregivers Support Program. The incumbent serves the Caregiver and those Veterans with severe and persistent mental illness who are part of the Caregivers Support Program.
