Providence Medical Group's Central Point clinic is seeking a board-certified family nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in Southern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly productive and robust clinic with a Team based patient-centered medical home model that includes access to integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management and anticoagulation clinic.
