Asst. Manager, Care Management- Registered Nurse Day Shifts Overlook Medical Center
Acts as a support to the Manager in the daily management of the department. Manages the daily workflow and work schedule for Case Management. Assists the Manager in assuring continuity and quality of service and care in collaboration with Overlook's care coordination process.
