Social Worker Program Coordinator - Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Outreach
The Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Outreach Social Worker Program Coordinator is assigned to Homeless Programs within the Mental Health Division and assigned to the Milwaukee Homeless Program Office. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
