Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital is seeking a full-time Neuropsychologist to join its dedicated and compassionate inpatient medical rehabilitation team of providers. As a Neuropsychologist at Providence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and integrated environment as Alaskans recover from strokes, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and other complex medical conditions and potentially life changing traumas in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. Collaborate with multiple care team members including physical medicine and rehabilitation, hospitalists, therapists (physical, occupations and speech), rehabilitation nurses, social workers and case managers, and other specialized disciplines. Located near several trauma centers, St. Elias features a 35 bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, ranked by US News as the highest rated rehab program in the state. Under the guidance of rehabilitation physicians, using intensive therapeutic interventions of physical and occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, St. Elias helps patients achieve their highest level of recovery goals.
