The PACT Registered Nurse is accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. The outpatient population is managed via Primary Care (Patient Aligned Care Teams) located in the Southwest PCC facility. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
