The Palliative Care Program Social Worker is responsible for providing for the psychosocial needs of veterans referred to the Palliative Care team and serves as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and completes psychosocial Assessments. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
