The Senior Social Worker assigned to the Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans (DCHV) program provides outreach, case management and supportive housing services for homeless veterans. The incumbent performs work independently, reporting administratively to the Homeless Program Manager. This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and qualified candidates will be considered as vacancies become available.
