The Patient Access Nurse Coordinator is responsible for effective coordination, monitoring, and facilitation of services necessary to meet the acutely hospitalized Veterans' medical and/or health needs in the community. The coordinator also manages and facilitates appropriate transfers into VAPSHCS. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
