The Senior Social Worker is independently licensed at the Advance Practice level and has experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment. This position is responsible for the monitoring of the VA integration into the Coordinated Entry System. The delivery of these services requires specialized knowledge and skills and extensive experience in resource identification.
