Registered Nurse - Chronic Pain Care
The Chronic Pain Care Registered Nurse (RN) functions directly to support the activities of the Primary and Specialty Service Line (PSM SL). The RN is responsible for the planning, integrating, implementing, modifying, and evaluating the effectiveness of the Veteran's care. The RN is the lead of the integrated care team established by the PSM SL. They are responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise on Chronic Pain Care PSM processes and regulations.
