Physical Therapist II
Serves as leader of change agent. Performs patient evaluations and administers interventions while hospitalized. Performs related duties such as departmental performance improvement and clinical education, and serves as clinical supervisors to assistant and support personnel. .Participates in the design and implementation of decision making guidelines. Incorporates evidence-based practice in the patient management. Adheres to practice act, regulations and rules, departmental policy and procedure, and documentation and reimbursement rules applicable to acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility. Participates in patient's case management with multidisciplinary team. Demonstrates competence to adapt
