The LPN works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a busy Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Auburn Gresham Illinois. Under the supervision of a licensed RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician, the LPN is accountable for the quality of nursing care he/she provides.
