Valley Children's Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Case Management. The Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Case Management Department. Responsible for the monitoring, evaluating and directing of staff and assigned department functions. The Supervisor of Case Management is also responsible for assisting with recruitment and hiring of staff, evaluation of staff competency, coaching and counseling assigned staff, ongoing evaluation and refinement of staff development programs, and oversight of staff schedules.
